This beautiful stylised heart is diamond graine set in platinum and measures 3.5cm long by 2.5cm wide with a central drop with a rub over diamond and and light blue 1 carat ceylon sapphire. Above the central drop there is a 0.7cm marquise diamond. The diamonds are VS clarity and G-H colour. A stunning large heart pendant.
