Beautiful Antique Diamond Star Brooch. This stunning brooch dates 1900’s and converts to a pendant. The diamonds are brilliant cut and 3.5 total diamond carat weight H-I colour, VVS2-Si clarity. The back has to detachable brooch fixing and the integral pendant bale. The back of the brooch/pendant is in buttery yellow gold and the whole brooch measures 4.5cm diameter. A stunning antique diamond star.
