1960’s Diamond & Moonstone Cocktail Ring

Splendid 1960’s Diamond & Moonstone Cocktail Ring. This striking designer 1960s platinum cocktail ring is centred with a luminous oval moonstone, displaying a soft blue that shifts beautifully in the light. Surrounding the moonstone is a art-deco inspired architectural arrangement of 12 round brilliant-cut and 12 baguette cut diamonds, creating a dramatic sunburst effect synonymous with mid-century design. The strong geometric structure and sculptural dome form give the ring an unmistakably glamorous presence on the finger. The ring distinguished by its sculptural platinum mount, featuring a finely fluted shank that draws the eye towards the setting. Beneath the head, an intricate openwork gallery with scrolling pierced detail provides both lightness and architectural depth to the ring. On the outside of the platinum shank there is a makers mark. The bright diamonds are G in colour and VS1 clarity with a total weight of 1.8ct. This ring can be resized.
