We offer complimentary insured delivery on all UK orders. All jewellery is carefully packaged and sent by a tracked and signed-for service, with tracking provided after dispatch.

We offer a 14-day return policy on online purchases. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition with any accompanying boxes, certificates and documentation. Return postage and appropriate insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be insured, tracked and signed-for service.

Bespoke or personalised items cannot normally be returned unless faulty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

International Orders

We ship internationally, including to the USA, using insured and tracked delivery.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes and charges. International return postage, insurance and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Customs duties and import taxes paid to overseas authorities are not refundable by Saddington’s Jewellery.
